Working with the City of Santa Monica to design a roof top restaurant capable of maximizing our client’s rentable square footage. While a portion of the roof is built out as an enclosed restaurant a large portion of the roof is an outdoor deck. A sunshade trellis helps define this space as a room furnished with additional tables, lounge seating, and a fire element.
