Work with senior staff in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objective. Help resolve technical and design issues such as ensuring that design solutions meet all regulatory requirements. Contribute to managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination. Coordinate with the project team on the structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, as well as the finished plans, specifications and material selections. Produce graphic presentations, 3D models and construction drawings. Requires bachelor’s degree in architecture or a closely related field and two years of work experience as architectural or project or technical designer or a closely related occupation.
