Melle’s love of architecture and design started at an early age, despite taking a non-traditional path to working in the industry. At the Los Angeles Film School, she studied screenwriting, production, and set design. Shortly after graduating she worked as a production office manager.

From there, she leveraged her vast skills and penchant for organization into a career in professional organizing and interior decorating. It was in this role Melle realized the potential for combining the myriad of talents she had acquired ranging from event planning, accounting, storytelling, social media strategies, and most importantly understanding how to problem solve.

As the Office Manager for Abramson Architects, Melle is responsible for overseeing all facets of the firm’s operation efficiency and client interactions. And because she’s constantly looking for new ways to enhance the “work-family” experience for her colleagues, she is also a member of both the Social Media and Events Committees.

In her free time, Melle likes to explore different cities with an eye on appreciating the architecture and trying new regional delicacies. She is especially fond of older towns where there is a rich history to be studied and preserved.
