Philosophy

Sasha’s passion for architecture is rooted in her love of art and math she finds her profession to be a perfect marriage between the two. Pragmatic and purposeful in her designs, her foremost concern is to find solutions that accommodate the needs of a specific user group. She works closely with her clients to discover and determine their desires and requirements.

Experience

Sasha started her career designing educational facilities while working for Architecture for Education, a firm focused on design solutions for learning environments. In this role, she worked closely with both children and educators to design preschool and child care facilities. Sasha joined Abramson Architects in 2011 and brought her expertise and knowledge of educational projects to the firm’s institutional work. Specifically, she played an important role in designing spaces for Sinai Akiba Academy, Valley Beth Shalom Day School, and various locations of Chalk Preschools. At AA, Sasha has expanded her design skills to include tenant improvements, synagogues, and various creative offices. Some of her most notable work includes multiple locations around the world for prominent advertising agency, HUGE Inc.

Tidbit

Sasha also utilizes her skills in math and art to satisfy her sweet tooth – she loves to bake and cook. She finds it to be a relaxing and enjoys watching baking shows and sharing recipes with coworkers.
